مليأه بلحيل Positive: لاشي Negative: اصحاب الغرفه سارقون ومحتالين لقد اخرجوني من الغرفه وهم قالو لي عندما اتيت قالو غادر ف الليل ومن ثم جئت في اخر يوم واخرجوني في الصباح ومن ثم قال لا اعطيك مال التامين حتى ارا الغرفه فلما راها قال هوناك كاس ليس هنا وقال لان تاخذ مالك ونا معا عائلتي ماهذا التصرفات وعندما نزلنا لدور الارضي راه شخص لا اعرفه فقال لصاحب الغرفه ليس انت مجدداً يا ايها السارق انا ارجو منكم ان تخرجوهم من هذا الموقع الجميل

Not value for money. Positive: Location and security Negative: 4th B/R no ventilation should be considered as 3b/r. Also the 4th bathroom of poor standard. The toilet paper was one ply certainly not of standard. No dishwasher or washing detergents or cloths. Drains were smelly (fleas from drains). The toilets were not properly cleaned. No soaps. No extra towels for four bathrooms. No microwave friendly dishes, no dish rack. Finally no complimentary welcome water, sugar or teas. Had coffee machine with no pods. One key only. On the whole I believe the management could certainly upgrade the standard:

Nice view, great location, accommodative host and need detailed house cleaning. Positive: The main attract for the house is the view. You will be able to see Burj Khalifa and Water fountain straight from the house. You can enjoy the light show at Burj and listening to the fountain music. We did not switch on the TV as the view was very spectacular. You may also walk to Dubai Mall from the house. It is about 1.6km in total but you will enjoy the serenity and taking pictures all the way. House was huge for us, bed was comfortable, cutleries/utensils provided (only missing the scissor), and host was very helpful. 2 parking bays available for the unit. Negative: Cleanliness needs to focus more on the house. There is small insect flying in the house, but we could not find where the bad odour was coming from. But if you open the sliding door, the smell will go away. During check out time, we were planning to do some walking at the lake and the host told us, reception at Tower 5 and Tower 6 will assist. But at the location, both receptionists refuse to assist. Quite frustrating though.

I had a pleasant stay at Durani Apartment in Dubai; the location and comfort made it a great experience. Positive: Beautiful location with perfect view Negative: Both apartments had only two glasses each, which were of very poor quality and broke easily when handled. The initial charges proposed for the broken glasses were unreasonably high; however, we were ultimately not required to pay for them. I would recommend that the host address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience.
